Life360 is seeking an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to own day-to-day operations of the company's global equity incentive programs, including stock options, RSUs, and future ESPP initiatives. This role is part of a small, high-impact equity team within Finance, working closely with Legal and HR to build scalable infrastructure and processes supporting the company's growth through acquisitions and international expansion. Key responsibilities include overseeing and evolving the global equity compensation program while ensuring compliance across Life360's dual-listed structure (ASX and Nasdaq). You will process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, manage the capitalization table with reconciliation across Finance, HR, and Payroll, and maintain data integrity in Fidelity. The role requires partnering with HR, Legal, and Payroll on mobility tax treatment for equity vesting across all countries, delivering service to equity participants including senior executives and board members, and developing employee education materials and communications. Additional responsibilities include preparing executive compensation and beneficial ownership tables for annual proxy statements, administering the Insider Trading Policy across both listings, preparing documentation for Section 16 Form 3/4/5 filings, managing relationships with equity plan management platform providers and transfer agents, and overseeing special initiatives such as launching new equity programs and improving processes and systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience with global equity incentive programs at large U.S. public technology companies, is thoroughly familiar with options, RSUs, and ESPPs, and thrives in fast-paced environments with demanding reporting deadlines. You are hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, bring creative thinking to process efficiency, and are detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator. Life360 is a remote-first company with 500+ employees serving 102.4 million monthly active users across 180+ countries.
