Salary: PLN 15,700 - 29,100 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Treasury Optimisation Manager to support capital treasury activities as the company expands its financial products and geographic footprint. This role sits within the Treasury team, which is central to Revolut's growth strategy, managing payment and financial risk infrastructure across functions, products, and regions.
You will drive capital optimisation strategies and decisions, assessing how new products impact capital treatment and deriving returns on equity. Key responsibilities include enhancing and building capital management frameworks, managing group capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans, and supporting business decision-making on capital actions. You'll perform regular capital forecasts, assess capital adequacy, and maintain current knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management practices.
The role requires close collaboration with the Tech team to enhance reporting processes and with Product Owners during new product launches. You'll interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding and liaise across the organisation to ensure capital considerations are embedded in product development.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of treasury management experience focused on capital in a financial institution or fintech, proven ability to build and enhance processes, and familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). You need in-depth understanding of capital risk, a track record of presenting analyses to senior management, strong problem-solving skills, solid treasury knowledge, and fluency in English.
Nice-to-have qualifications include accounting knowledge, forecasting/modelling experience, and professional certifications (CFA, ACCA/ACA, CertBALM). The role is based remotely across Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and the UK. Compensation in Poland ranges from PLN 15,700–29,100 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interviews.
