Revolut is seeking a Treasury Optimisation Manager to support capital treasury activities as the company expands its financial products and geographic footprint. With 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees globally, Revolut is a fintech powerhouse offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel solutions.
In this role, you will drive capital optimisation strategies and decisions that shape how Revolut grows and scales. You'll assess capital treatment of new products, derive returns on equity, and enhance capital management frameworks. Key responsibilities include managing group capital plans, reviewing subsidiary plans, performing regular capital forecasts, and assessing capital adequacy. You'll support business decision-making on capital actions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management practices.
You'll collaborate closely with the Tech team to enhance reporting processes, work across functions and regions to manage financial risks, and liaise with Product Owners during new product launches. A significant portion of your work involves interpreting regulatory requirements related to safeguarding and Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), then translating complex regulatory concepts into actionable business insights for senior management.
This is an individual contributor role focused on deep expertise in capital treasury rather than people management. You'll be among the first involved in new business initiatives, giving you visibility into strategic decisions and early-stage product development.
Required: 6+ years treasury management experience in capital at financial institutions or fintech; proven ability to build/enhance processes; familiarity with CRR; in-depth understanding of capital risk; track record of contributing analyses to senior management; strong problem-solving skills; solid treasury knowledge; fluent English.
Nice-to-have: accounting knowledge, forecasting/modelling experience, CFA/ACCA/ACA/CertBALM qualification.
