Salary: USD 143,000 - 196,900 / annual

Okta is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its Treasury team in San Francisco, reporting to the Senior Director of Treasury. This role is responsible for managing and maturing Okta's global treasury operations across a public company with international subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily global liquidity management and cash forecasting to align with financial goals and subsidiary needs. You will lead global bank account management, including strategic account opening/closing, signatory administration, KYC compliance, and banking portal management. The role involves supporting capital markets activities such as debt/equity issuance and capital structure analysis, as well as leading global FX exposure identification and hedging strategy execution. You will own Treasury SOX controls, reporting, and policy compliance to maintain a robust control framework. Additional responsibilities include optimizing the Kyriba Treasury Management System, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Legal teams on treasury projects and FX accounting/reconciliation, and leading strategic ad-hoc treasury initiatives and process improvements. Required qualifications include a minimum of 6+ years of global corporate treasury, capital markets, or equivalent corporate finance experience at an established public company. You must have hands-on experience executing FX hedging strategies and supporting capital markets or debt/equity operations, demonstrated expertise in international and US treasury cash management, and direct experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba), Bloomberg, Clearwater, and major banking/trading portals. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related business discipline, with CTP or CFA certification preferred. The role requires high intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders while thinking strategically about treasury operations.
