Form Energy, a climate tech company revolutionizing energy storage with iron-air battery systems, is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead all corporate treasury operations and company-wide risk management programs. This is a dual-impact role based in Weirton, WV, where the company operates its first high-volume manufacturing facility.
You will manage day-to-day liquidity and cash flow across multiple legal entities, process vendor payments and manual requests through Oracle ERP systems, and ensure strict debt compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing daily cash balances, developing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, and serving as the primary banking partner contact for account management and access controls.
In the debt compliance domain, you will track and report on financial covenants to ensure adherence to credit facilities and debt agreements, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance certificates for senior leadership and external lenders, and oversee interest expense forecasting and debt service payments.
You will also oversee the company's comprehensive insurance portfolio, including Commercial General Liability, Property, Directors & Officers, Cyber, and Workers' Compensation coverage. This includes leading annual renewal negotiations with brokers, managing the end-to-end claims process in collaboration with legal and operations teams, and conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate operational and financial risks across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7+ years of progressive corporate treasury or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with CTP, CFA, or CPA certification highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and deep familiarity with Oracle ERP systems are essential. You will need exceptional problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executive leadership.
