The Treasury team is growing and seeking a Treasury Analyst to support investment strategy and core treasury functions. This is a collaborative role working across Treasury, Finance, and Risk functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, including stress testing and model development
- Support month-end reporting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Enhance the control environment
- Design and implement automation solutions to scale treasury operations with the business
- Partner with internal teams to support informed business decision-making
- Support treasury's management of liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and credit portfolio to maintain balance sheet resilience
Requirements:
- Experience working at a bank with knowledge of treasury forecasting
- Highly analytical and forward-thinking approach
- Interest in identifying and using data, performing analysis, and understanding financial impacts on the bank
- Ability to articulate and explain technical topics to diverse audiences
- Strong technical skills
- Interest in learning about investment and capital management within treasury
