Duvo is building an Enterprise Execution OS that automates recurring business processes across existing systems. The company was founded by operators who previously built and ran a $2 billion retailer and saw how much critical work still depended on spreadsheets, inboxes, and institutional knowledge. Duvo's AI agents gather evidence, make decisions within agreed rules, route exceptions to the right people, and update source systems—with every action audited and humans retaining control where judgment is needed. As a Transformation Strategist, you will own the day-to-day momentum of enterprise transformations. You will partner with a Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers on a small number of live enterprise accounts, serving as the consistent presence closest to how work actually happens. You will be accountable for workstream cadence and for turning senior strategic direction into analysis, decisions, materials, and executable change. Key responsibilities: 1. Own the Workstream Fact Base: Get close to the customer's process through interviews, data analysis, and observation of workarounds. Build a fact base showing where cost, cash, service, cycle time, or control is being lost. Turn this into sharp analyses and decision documents that make important choices obvious, prioritizing clarity and evidence over presentation polish. 2. Run the Day-to-Day Delivery Rhythm: Work with the Senior Transformation Strategist to turn diagnostics into practical roadmaps. Run weekly operating cadences with customer teams, prepare working sessions, maintain action items, follow through on commitments, and surface blockers early. Work side by side with engineers as the solution moves into live operation, keeping business needs, technical delivery, and customer adoption aligned. 3. Build the Evidence for Impact: Help establish baseline, target, and measurement windows before implementation. Track progress, investigate misses, and turn results into evidence that CFOs and operating teams can trust. You will not own commercial negotiations or the most senior stakeholder relationship alone, but you will build the analysis, materials, and follow-through that make those conversations productive. You will own relationships with customer teams at the working level. After 12 months, you will be the trusted day-to-day owner of defined workstreams across several enterprise accounts, with clear visibility into each account's transformation hypothesis, evidence base, risks, and next decisions. Your analyses and materials will help teams make better decisions quickly. You will have helped take at least one process from diagnosis through live delivery with measured results, and you will have improved Duvo's playbook through better templates, diagnostics, or delivery habits. The role is remote across the United States with regular domestic travel and periods of on-site work with customers for several days at a time when projects are live. REQUIREMENTS: - Currently operating at Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, typically with 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience - Strong consulting foundations: ability to structure unfamiliar problems, identify critical questions, and make clear recommendations - Excellent analytical and communication craft: comfortable working from messy data and incomplete information; ability to build concise, numerate, decision-ready analyses and slides - Bias for delivery and ownership: want to stay close to work after the deck is finished; can run reliable customer cadences, follow through on actions, notice what is not working, and help fix it - Customer judgment: listen well, ask direct questions, communicate clearly with people at different organizational levels, know when to ask for help - Early-stage working style: work well without large teams or polished playbooks; use AI seriously in your own work; write clearly; take responsibility for quality - Helpful but not required: early-stage company experience (role, internship, founding project, or close startup work); experience in retail, CPG, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or finance operations
