Duvo is building an Enterprise Execution OS—a shared layer that orchestrates work across existing systems and measures business outcomes. The company was founded by operators who previously built and ran a $2 billion retailer and saw how critical work still depends on spreadsheets, inboxes, and the memory of experienced people. Duvo's agents do the work, not just suggest next steps: they gather evidence, make decisions within agreed rules, route exceptions, and update source systems, while people retain control where judgment is needed. As a Transformation Strategist, you will own the day-to-day momentum of enterprise transformations. You will partner with a Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers on a small number of live enterprise accounts, serving as the consistent presence close to how work actually happens. You will be accountable for workstream cadence and execution quality, turning senior strategic direction into analysis, decisions, materials, and change that move work forward. Your responsibilities include three core areas: 1. Own the Workstream Fact Base: Get close to the process through interviews, data analysis, and understanding workarounds. Build a fact base showing where cost, cash, service, cycle time, or control is being lost. Turn this into sharp analyses and decision documents that make important choices obvious, prioritizing exactness over presentation polish. 2. Run the Day-to-Day Delivery Rhythm: Work with the Senior Transformation Strategist to turn diagnostics into practical roadmaps. Run weekly operating cadences with customer teams, prepare working sessions, maintain actions and decisions, follow through on commitments, and surface blockers early. Work side by side with engineers as solutions move into live operation, keeping business needs, technical delivery, and customer adoption aligned. 3. Build the Evidence for Impact: Help establish baseline, target, and measurement windows before implementation. Track progress, investigate misses, and turn results into evidence that CFOs and operating teams can trust. You will not own commercial negotiations or the most senior stakeholder relationship alone, but you will build the analysis, materials, and follow-through that make those conversations productive and own relationships with customer teams at the working level. The role is remote across the UK and Europe, with regular travel and periods of on-site work with customers for several days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - Currently operating at Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, typically with 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience - Strong consulting foundations: ability to structure unfamiliar problems, identify critical questions, and make clear recommendations - Excellent analytical and communication craft: comfortable working from messy data and incomplete information; ability to build concise, numerate, decision-ready analyses and slides - Bias for delivery and ownership: want to stay close to work after the deck is finished; can run reliable customer cadences, follow through on actions, and help fix what is not working - Customer judgment: listen well, ask direct questions, communicate clearly with people at different organizational levels, and know when to ask for help - Early-stage working style: work well without large teams or polished playbooks; use AI seriously in your own work; write clearly; take responsibility for quality - Helpful but not required: early-stage company experience (role, internship, founding project, or close startup work); experience in retail, CPG, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or finance operations
