Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that helps Fortune 100 companies build and deploy AI agents grounded in their data. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will lead and scale a team of AI Transformation Leads who serve Writer's most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. This is a people leadership and business strategy role focused on coaching a team that moves beyond software implementation to help large organizations fundamentally rethink how they work with AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads, setting quarterly goals, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth
- Set the vision and standard for how your team drives ROI and value realization across strategic Fortune 100 accounts
- Build and maintain executive relationships at the most strategic accounts, serving as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and scale transformation best practices
- Drive team performance and customer health through goal-setting, coaching, and identifying expansion opportunities
You will report to the AVP of AI Transformation and Success and work from either the San Francisco or Seattle hub on a hybrid basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50-100 companies
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board-level presentations and cross-functional orchestration
