Celonis is seeking a Transformation Engineer to architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle's enterprise ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical pre-sales and solution engineering, focused on Oracle Cloud ERP migrations and Enterprise AI adoption.
You will own the technical narrative in strategic Oracle sales cycles, proving that Process Intelligence is essential for successful Fusion migrations and AI-first enterprises. Key responsibilities include leading strategic pursuits with Oracle customers, developing migration solution blueprints that de-risk and accelerate transitions from legacy Oracle systems (EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards) to Oracle Fusion, and architecting joint use cases that infuse Oracle AI Agents with real-time Celonis process context.
The role requires deep comfort with Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, Objects and Events, Knowledge Models, and Studio. You should have practical understanding of the Oracle technology ecosystem—both legacy systems and modern Oracle Fusion SaaS/OCI stack (including AI Agent Studio and AI Data Platform). Experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, and common AI integration patterns is essential; you must be able to articulate how context powers Enterprise AI agents.
You will work with high autonomy alongside Business Apps teams, Partner Sales, Value Engineers, Account Executives, and Oracle stakeholders. The role involves building repeatable solution playbooks, enabling the field with Oracle-dedicated teams, and executing partnership activation strategies to bring Celonis across Oracle's North America GTM organization.
This is an entrepreneurial mandate to prove Celonis provides essential business context to fast-track cloud migrations and accelerate AI adoption. Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering roles, plus exposure to large-scale ERP transformations, is highly valued. You will report to the SVP, Global Customer Transformation and work under the Global Head of Enterprise Modernization.
