You will take end-to-end ownership of Monzo's transfer pricing operations, policies, and documentation as the bank continues to innovate in the fintech sector and expand internationally. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the preparation, maintenance, and ongoing updates of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) across all operating jurisdictions. • Assisting in designing, implementing, and updating intercompany pricing policies to support business growth, new product launches, and international expansion. • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Treasury to ensure intercompany agreements align with economic realities and that operational transfer pricing calculations and adjustments are executed accurately. • Partnering with the International Tax Manager and International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead on key group projects, European expansion initiatives, and cross-border structuring. • Serving as a key point of contact for tax authority enquiries and audits relating to transfer pricing matters globally. • Providing clear, pragmatic transfer pricing advice to internal stakeholders across Business, Finance, and Product teams.
