Koronet is seeking a Transactional Revenue Intelligence & Systems Analyst to build the data systems and insights that drive customer success in buying, selling, and operating on the platform. You will operate as a solo contributor—not a passive analyst—responsible for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence and executing scalable campaigns that move the needle on business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining dashboards and decision-making tools for Transactions, Success, Product, and leadership teams; turning business questions into reliable decision systems by defining problems, finding evidence, and measuring results; connecting data from calls, feedback, email, and market research to understand customer behavior; identifying patterns and opportunities where Koronet can add value through process improvements, product changes, or integrations; driving marketplace growth by helping customers improve sourcing, catalog reliability, and digital sales; creating feedback loops to track campaign and product impact on adoption and transaction volume; designing and executing campaigns to expand digital buying and selling; ensuring data quality by investigating inconsistencies; and translating customer insights into clear evidence for other teams. You will use automation, data analysis, and research tools to move faster while knowing when to apply human judgment. Success means driving business results at scale, enabling customer-facing teams with stronger context, providing Product with clear prioritized evidence of customer problems, building trusted dashboards that are accurate and useful rather than complex, and accelerating other teams without becoming a bottleneck. This is not a passive reporting role or a product management position—it is an active, outcome-focused analytics and operations role.
