In this Territory Sales Representative role, you will be the local SpotOn representative in your assigned geographical territory in the Boston area. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building through closing and account management—with independent restaurant owners and small business operators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing SpotOn in your community and promoting the full product suite (POS, payment processing, and software solutions) to local business owners
- Traveling to client sites within your territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign new merchants
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through implementation and ongoing support
- Meeting monthly sales targets with a focus on software and payment processing solutions
- Collaborating with the Sales Support team to achieve performance goals
- Maintaining and managing client relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and/or restaurants
- Proven track record of delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, competitive mindset
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and territory development experience
- Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Salesforce CRM proficiency is a plus
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
- Work authorization in the U.S. required; visa sponsorship not available
