Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 / annual
ResortPass is a marketplace connecting guests with 2,700+ partner hotels and resorts for day-access luxury hospitality experiences (pools, beaches, spas, wellness). Backed by top investors including CRV, Declaration, and WME, the company is scaling a consumer product in the hospitality space.
As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners in your territory, responsible for both acquiring new hotels and managing ongoing partnerships. You'll work in-person at the NYC headquarters within a small, growing team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and expand the hotel portfolio in your territory, from lead generation through active partnership
- Engage consistently with hotels and meet KPI-based targets
- Identify revenue opportunities, educate partners on best practices, provide data insights, and upsell product features
- Provide responsive support to partner requests
- Assist with hotel onboarding, account setup, and page creation
- Develop onboarding and training content
- Conduct product demos and webinars
- Maintain deep familiarity with ResortPass product and pipeline technology
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams daily
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience in hospitality and travel industry
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Startup experience is a plus
- Proactive mindset with appetite for fast-changing, innovative technology
- Energetic and passionate about closing deals and deepening customer relationships
- Strong prioritization, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments
- Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit with project management skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn online systems and software
- Startup and hospitality experience preferred; relevant startup experience in other industries considered if candidate demonstrates strong hotel understanding or exceptional learning capacity
