Salary: USD 60,000 - 275,000 / annual
SpotOn is a restaurant technology company offering award-winning point-of-sale systems and AI-powered profit tools for independent restaurants. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the local face of SpotOn in your assigned geographic territory, responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with restaurant owners and small business operators.
You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature, with a focus on selling SpotOn's software, POS solutions, and payment processing services. Your responsibilities include conducting cold outreach to local business owners, traveling to client sites for demonstrations and consultations, managing a growing portfolio of accounts, and hitting monthly sales targets. You'll work closely with the internal Sales Support team to ensure customer success and retention.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to small business owners, merchants, or restaurants. You should have a proven track record of hitting sales goals, strong cold-calling and prospecting skills, and the ability to learn technology basics quickly. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You'll need to be metrics-driven, coachable, and comfortable managing client relationships collaboratively with support teams.
Compensation is competitive: $60,000 base salary with total on-target earnings of $120,000–$275,000 including commission, bonuses for hardware/implementation, monthly production bonuses, and customer retention incentives. Commissions are paid weekly.
