ChowNow is a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform that helps independent restaurants own their digital dining experience. The company supports thousands of restaurants across North America, processing $1B+ in gross food sales and saving partners over $700M in third-party commission fees through branded websites, mobile apps, online ordering, menu management, delivery consolidation, and targeted marketing.
As a Territory Sales Manager based in Columbus, you will drive revenue generation for an assigned territory through full-cycle, outside sales. You will qualify and convert leads into opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and build a book of business from partner leads, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting. The role requires regular in-person engagement with independent restaurant owners—approximately 60% travel (3 days per week) throughout your territory.
You will work collaboratively with peers and your manager to master ChowNow's Value Selling methodology, positioning yourself as a thought leader in restaurant technology. Success means helping restaurateurs understand how ChowNow's platform solves their business challenges and drives growth. Within 30 days, you'll complete onboarding (Ramp Camp), learn customer needs and product differentiation, and develop your territory prospecting plan. By 60 days, you'll be driving full-cycle deals, managing relationships, and hitting quota. By 90 days, you'll complete 45+ restaurant drop-ins weekly, exceed quota, and contribute best practices to the broader team.
