Qualtrics is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales of its Experience Management (XM) platform into Fortune 500 financial institutions across the Northeast and New York territory. You will quarterback complex, multi-solution enterprise deals with leading banks, wealth management firms, insurance carriers, and fintech companies, focusing on solving critical challenges around digital transformation, customer retention, regulatory compliance, omnichannel service, and employee experience.
In this role, you will cultivate C-level and VP-level relationships across Consumer Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Operations, and Human Resources functions. You'll develop and maintain deep domain knowledge of how Qualtrics' XM offerings solve financial services challenges—including digital banking feedback loops, branch customer satisfaction, advisor onboarding and retention, insurance claims experience, and Voice of the Customer programs. You'll maintain real-time competitive intelligence to build win-based proposals and strategic pricing models, and partner cross-functionally with Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to orchestrate high-impact sales cycles.
Key responsibilities include consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas, navigating long and complex contract negotiations with highly regulated enterprises, developing sophisticated business cases and ROI models focused on account retention and client lifetime value, and traveling up to 50% for key client meetings and industry events.
Qualtrics emphasizes a performance-driven culture with structured, merit-based promotion pathways, dedicated career action planning, and internal mobility opportunities across global teams. The company operates a hybrid model; this role is fully remote but the broader organization gathers in-office three days per week.
