Salary: USD 130,000 - 144,000 / annual

ChowNow is a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform serving thousands of independent restaurants across North America. The company provides solutions spanning branded websites, mobile apps, online ordering, menu management, delivery consolidation, and targeted marketing—helping restaurants own their customer relationships and avoid third-party delivery app fees. ChowNow has processed $1B+ in gross food sales and saved partners over $700M in commission fees. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue generation for an assigned territory in Baltimore, selling ChowNow's platform directly to independent restaurant owners. This is a full-cycle, outside sales role requiring you to qualify leads, establish a book of business from partner and inbound sources, and develop outbound and referral strategies. You will work in-person with prospects, conduct product demos, and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce. The role requires approximately 60% travel (3 days per week) throughout your territory and a valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle. You will report to a Sales Leader with no direct reports. Success milestones include completing onboarding (Ramp Camp) within 30 days, driving full-cycle deals and hitting quota within 60 days, and completing a minimum of 45 restaurant drop-ins per week by day 90. You'll collaborate with peers to master ChowNow's Value Selling methodology, positioning yourself as a thought leader in restaurant technology who helps restaurateurs improve their business.
