Salary: USD 115,000 - 250,000 / annual
Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology used in hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major health systems across the country.
As Territory Manager, you will drive Ceribell's commercial success across a multi-state territory covering South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. You will partner with key stakeholders across Emergency Departments, ICUs, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to educate on non-convulsive seizures, build clinical and executive support, and drive acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicating Ceribell's value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborating with leadership and account managers to develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business
- Building and coaching clinical champions within hospital departments
- Engaging multiple departments within hospitals, leveraging experience across specialties
- Selling into the C-Suite and negotiating contracts with hospital executives
- Conducting effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to understand needs and tailor solutions
- Utilizing cold calling skills to engage potential clients in hospital settings
- Demonstrating coachability and implementing feedback effectively
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies sold into hospitals
- Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles
- Demonstrated success with ROI, Presidents Club recognition, and high sales rankings at current and former employers
- Hunter mentality with ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), unselfish approach, and demonstrated ability to receive and apply coaching
- Self-starter capable of initiating and managing tasks independently while maintaining focus on sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills across various hospital departments and specialties
- Proven success negotiating complex contracts with senior hospital executives
- Ability to adapt to feedback and continuously improve performance
