Kestra Medical, founded in 2014, is a medical device company specializing in innovative cardiac monitoring and management solutions that combine wearable technology with proven device therapies. The company brings together over 400 years of collective experience in external and internal cardiac device markets. As Territory Manager, you will own a geographic sales territory and drive new business development while managing ongoing customer relationships. You'll work independently, often remotely from headquarters, but must reside in your assigned territory (Sacramento, CA). Your responsibilities include: • Direct sales of Kestra cardiac products to hospitals, clinical settings, and healthcare providers • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key accounts, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and interventional cardiologists • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery • Developing and presenting quarterly business plans to regional sales leadership • Providing product training, ongoing support, and reimbursement assistance to clients • Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams • Attending industry exhibits and conventions • Maintaining accurate sales records, pipeline management, and CRM data • Collaborating with sales and marketing leadership on market strategy implementation • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality policies, and ethical standards You'll need 5+ years of medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside/field sales. A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field is required. Experience calling on cardiologists and electrophysiologists is highly preferred. You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to complete hospital credentialing requirements including background checks, drug screening, and compliance training.
