Talkiatry is hiring a field-based Territory Manager for Provider Partnerships to build relationships with medical practices and health systems, drive referral growth, and help connect patients to psychiatric care. This is a quota-carrying role with approximately 75% territory travel, blending new business prospecting with account ownership and ongoing field engagement. You will build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams. Key responsibilities include prospecting and converting new medical practices into referral partners, managing and growing a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction, executing strategic territory plans to hit and exceed referral growth and provider retention targets, leading in-office visits and practice presentations, establishing workflows and troubleshooting referral barriers, maintaining accurate CRM activity in HubSpot, and representing Talkiatry at industry events and community partnerships. Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and over two million patient visits delivered nationwide. The company was co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve healthcare's urgent challenge of mental health access and clinician burnout through a technology-powered, in-network platform. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by results. You are emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and able to connect authentically with diverse stakeholders. You are a natural relationship-builder who thrives in the field and enjoys face-to-face engagement. You are competitive and goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding growth targets. You approach situations consultatively—educating, influencing, and earning trust. You are organized, resourceful, and accountable to performance metrics, with a passion for improving access to mental health care. Compensation includes competitive base pay with uncapped bonus potential, field autonomy with strong cross-functional support, a mission-driven culture, team-first environment, career growth opportunities with coaching and clear advancement path, regular team learning sessions and field enablement, and the opportunity to have real impact in your community while building a market from the ground up. Requirements: 3–6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development. Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets. Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders strongly preferred. Comfort working in a fast-growth environment with autonomy and responsibility. CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Ability to travel within assigned territory approximately 75% of the time. Conversationally fluent in Spanish and English.
