The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care EEG platform designed for acute care settings, currently deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks. As Territory Manager, you will drive revenue growth and market penetration within your assigned Dallas-Fort Worth territory. You'll partner with key stakeholders across Emergency Departments, ICUs, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to educate on non-convulsive seizure prevalence and build organizational support for Ceribell's rapid seizure detection technology. Key responsibilities include closing business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; communicating the value proposition to unlock new partnerships; developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities; building and coaching clinical champions within hospital departments; engaging multiple departments within hospitals; selling into C-suite and negotiating contracts with key decision-makers; conducting effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets; utilizing cold calling to engage potential hospital clients; demonstrating coachability and receiving feedback; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You'll need a minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies sold into hospitals. Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments is preferred. You must demonstrate proven ability to manage complex hospital-based sales cycles, track record of ROI achievement and high sales rankings, hunter mentality, and high emotional intelligence. Self-starter capabilities, strong relationship-building skills across hospital departments, proven contract negotiation success with senior executives, and adaptability to feedback are essential.
