Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive, 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The product is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region (St. Louis and Columbia, MO). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through a network of referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff educational programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions - Champion HeartFlow adoption and build physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics - Travel approximately 20-25% from a home office The role requires proven sales achievement, account development experience, and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate clinical and technical information. Success depends on relationship-building, cross-functional coordination, and driving measurable adoption metrics in assigned accounts. Requirements: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs preferred - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred - Quick learner able to grasp and disseminate clinical/technical information - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills - Excellent problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and professional etiquette - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Self-motivated, organized, strong work ethic - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments with diverse technical and clinical backgrounds
