Formlabs is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to service the EMEA region. The company builds 3D printing technology used by over 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, New Balance, and NASA.
In this role, you will support Formlabs' direct customers, distributors, and resellers across EMEA by resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, evaluating printer logs, and providing technical training. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; educate customers and resellers on Formlabs printer capabilities; collaborate with the global engineering team on complex technical problems; and help resellers deliver outstanding service to their end customers.
This is a hybrid position based in Budapest with catered lunch three days per week, private health insurance, public transportation pass, company shares, sports allowance, and development opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Business-fluent Italian and English (C1 level) in written and spoken forms
- Ability to quickly resolve technical issues (technical training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening ability
- Comfortable and professional phone communication
- Exceptional writing skills with proper spelling and grammar
