ConductorOne is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join its growing support team. The role is fully remote with flexibility for East Coast hours.
You'll be the technical point of contact for customers using C1, the control plane for agentic enterprise AI. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing the support queue with a sub-1-hour response time goal, project managing issue resolutions with internal teams, and conducting customer training on platform features.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop deep technical knowledge of C1's products, staying current on features and best practices
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting customer issues and escalating to appropriate internal teams
- Thrive on solving complex daily problems in a collaborative team environment
- Conduct training sessions and create educational materials for customers
- Identify opportunities to automate internal and external processes
- Gather and advocate for customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Analyze customer usage patterns and provide data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or DevOps roles, preferably in IAM, IT, or Security
- Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs (REST, OAuth) and authentication protocols
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for troubleshooting containerized applications
- Comfort with on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud deployments
- Clear, empathetic communication skills with ability to distill complex problems
Bonus qualifications:
- AWS IAM, policies, roles, and identity federation experience
- Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory administration knowledge
- Scripting or light development experience (Python, Bash, Go)
