Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 / annual
Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its point-of-care EEG platform used across hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems. The Associate Director of Business Systems will lead the enterprise NetSuite ecosystem and oversee a team of Business Systems Analysts.
Key responsibilities include managing NetSuite, Boomi, and integrated business systems (Avalara, Bill.com, Blackline, Salesforce); collaborating cross-functionally to solve business problems through process optimization and system improvements; conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering to identify optimization opportunities; defining and maintaining business processes and system workflows for organizational consistency and compliance; managing and developing a team of NetSuite analysts including goal-setting, training, and performance evaluations; developing department procedures and tracking projects in JIRA; monitoring system performance for availability, reliability, and scalability; building and testing functional designs for business solutions; configuring and implementing NetSuite modules from design through UAT and go-live; leading data migration and cleanup efforts; managing external consultants for NetSuite development; planning and managing change configurations and third-party integrations; maintaining security, access controls, and role-based access; and developing NetSuite reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience. Required expertise includes ERP implementation and deployment, NetSuite integration design with systems like Avalara and Salesforce, deep knowledge of NetSuite workflows and SuiteScripts, experience with SOX controls and IT general controls, and understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Project Accounting, etc.). NetSuite certification is preferred. The role demands strong people management skills, adaptability, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
