Coframe is building adaptive, personalized user and agent interfaces. The company is revenue-generating, rapidly growing, and backed by Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (Android founder), and others. The team is small, talent-dense, and includes competitive programmers, former founders, and AI researchers from top institutions.
As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner with the Talent team to build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines for technical roles. You will conduct targeted research, craft personalized outreach to passive and competitive candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building sourcing systems and referral engines to support scaling hiring
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates through creative channels
- Partnering with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, required skills, and team matching
- Collaborating with leadership on long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams
- Staying current on sourcing best practices, emerging techniques, and workplace trends
- Tracking and analyzing pipeline data to optimize sourcing approaches
- Operating with agility to adapt to shifting priorities and hard-to-fill roles
You will work in-office 5 days per week in San Francisco.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3+ years of relevant sourcing or talent acquisition experience at an AI company or high-growth startup with a proven track record of scaling and building diverse, high-performing teams
- Exceptional technical literacy when reading resumes, GitHub profiles, paper abstracts, and ability to navigate complex technical conversations
- Proven ability to engage and convert passive, in-demand technical talent
- Experience using AI recruiting tools and designing novel sourcing strategies; ability to test new methods and adapt quickly to challenges
- High agency, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to operate autonomously
- Clear, fast communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Based in SF and willing to be in office 5 days per week
NICE TO HAVE:
- Strong existing relationships in the SF startup, engineering, and research community
- Experience at an early-stage startup building the sourcing or recruiting function from scratch
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting automation tools
