Anthropic is seeking an APAC Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore to support the company's rapid expansion across Asia Pacific. As the first recruiting coordinator in the region, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers across APAC markets including Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
You will own end-to-end coordination for APAC hiring logistics, scheduling high-volume interview loops across multiple time zones, languages, and stakeholder calendars. Your responsibilities include:
- Schedule interview loops from hiring manager screens through onsites, debriefs, and reference calls across APAC markets
- Serve as the primary candidate contact for logistics, providing warm, clear, and culturally aware communication
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, flagging capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms
- Maintain accuracy in Greenhouse job setup, interview plans, and scheduling tool configuration
- Provide coverage within a follow-the-sun coordination model with clean regional handoffs
- Support recruiters and RecOps with regional hiring operations including new locations, entity changes, offer logistics, and onboarding
- Improve processes and document best practices
- Independently scope and lead projects from problem identification to solution adoption
- Integrate AI tools as a core part of daily workflow
As the first in this role, you'll help shape how coordination works in a region still under development, spotting gaps and making it easier for future team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets
- Experience coordinating across time zones and markets with understanding of local business norms across APAC
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and scheduling tools (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime)
- Excellent written communication with ability to write friendly, informative emails that build rapport
- Comfort creating structure where none exists and judgment to know when to escalate
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and judgment to know when to trust output and when to override
- Love of feedback and comfort both requesting and providing it
- Fluency in English (native or business-level)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Additional APAC languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) a plus
- Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and commitment to AI safety
