Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech platform with over €30 billion in assets under management and 700+ employees, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-lifecycle recruitment across the organization. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting processes for diverse business departments, developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and secure the best market talent. Your responsibilities include proactive sourcing and talent pooling via platforms like LinkedIn to build sustainable pipelines for current and future needs, conducting structured interviews and leading candidate debriefs to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit, and representing the company at recruitment events to strengthen employer brand. You'll leverage recruitment data and market analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize talent acquisition funnels, and drive data-informed hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work with an international, diverse team across Scalable Capital's offices in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan, and London, with potential for international relocation support and the ability to work from abroad. Requirements: - Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition - Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field - Outstanding organizational skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proactively solve complex challenges - Business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
