Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company, is expanding its Talent Acquisition function and seeking an intermediate Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for G&A functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.). This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, globally distributed AI company during its early stages of building a dedicated recruiting function.
In this role, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for G&A roles, from sourcing and strategy through candidate experience and funnel management. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain market insights to inform hiring decisions, and track progress in Ashby (the company's ATS). You'll proactively source candidates, build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities, and explore creative recruiting initiatives. Additionally, you'll represent the Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences and plan curated networking events.
Cohere is remote-friendly with offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul. REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (startup experience preferred)
