The Technical Solution Consultant role serves as the critical bridge between customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. You will own the technical aspects of customer implementations—from requirements discovery and solution design through planning, coordination, and delivery. This position combines technical understanding, project management, and customer-facing communication.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop deep expertise in Rallyware's platform, its capabilities, configuration, and technical implementation approaches
• Partner with Customer Success and customers to understand their business processes, technology ecosystems, data structures, authentication flows, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Consult throughout the implementation process and recommend technical solutions addressing business requirements
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to customers' technical teams during implementation
• Define business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and specifications
• Develop technical specification documentation based on jointly-defined requirements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions, validate feasibility, obtain implementation estimates, identify dependencies, and assess risks
• Manage implementation timelines, coordinate dependencies, proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure successful delivery of Rallyware solutions and customer satisfaction
You will work in a high-growth startup environment with a distributed team across the US, Canada, Ukraine, Great Britain, Australia, Peru, and Argentina. The role requires balancing technical depth with strong communication skills to translate between customer business needs and internal technical teams.
