As Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering and operations teams, partnering directly with founders and hiring managers. Your responsibilities include sourcing and closing top-tier talent, building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines, defining role needs and scorecards with leadership, creating excellent candidate experiences from first touch through offer, iterating on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels, building scalable processes and reporting systems to support hiring at scale, and helping establish employer brand through LinkedIn, events, and referral programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
- Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
