As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions, sourcing and closing top-tier hardware engineering talent. You'll build specialized talent pipelines by proactively engaging passive candidates with expertise in Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware engineering. Working directly with hardware engineering leadership, you'll scope critical roles, refine technical requirements, and align hiring goals.
