Tripledot Games, the flagship studio, is a leading developer and publisher of casual and puzzle games with offices in London, Warsaw, and Barcelona. You will join as an HR Business Partner reporting to the VP People, serving as a strategic and hands-on operator for two critical business areas: Zephyr Mobile and the wider Engineering organisation. This is a key strategic hire responsible for shaping and embedding a high-performance culture across the studio. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic People Partnership:** Partner with studio and functional leaders to shape people strategies supporting business growth and organisational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor on organisation design, leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement, and performance. Translate business priorities into practical, scalable people initiatives. **Performance & Talent:** Drive high standards of performance management and accountability. Support leaders in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions. Coach managers on performance conversations and leadership impact. **Organisational Effectiveness & Change:** Partner with leaders through growth, transformation, and restructuring. Support organisational design and scaling initiatives. Use data and insight to identify people risks, trends, and opportunities. Collaborate with centres of expertise to deliver solutions across learning, reward, engagement, and hiring. **Employee Experience & Culture:** Own and improve key people practices and employee lifecycle experiences. Create an inclusive, high-performing environment. Champion initiatives strengthening engagement, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. Support evolution of modern, scalable people practices. **Operational Excellence:** Balance strategic partnership with strong execution. Build trusted relationships across globally distributed teams. Partner effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, and L&D to support growth and hiring. Success looks like strong trusted partnerships with leaders, clear improvements in leadership capability and organisational effectiveness, scalable people practices supporting growth, better visibility of talent and capability gaps, and a stronger culture of accountability and high performance. **Requirements:** - HRBP experience within a fast-paced, commercial, scaling business (ideally gaming, tech, product, or digital) - Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect business priorities to people strategy - Experience partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, or technical organisations - Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders effectively - Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly changing environments - Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement - Comfortable using data and insight to support decision-making - Pragmatic, low-ego, hands-on approach with strong execution capability - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple cultures and geographies - Experience supporting globally distributed teams (highly desirable) - Exposure to M&A integration, studio integration, or organisational transformation (a plus) - Progressive, modern view of HR with focus on simplicity, impact, and user experience - Comfortable with occasional travel to support studios and leadership teams
