Kela Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and execute hiring strategies for a brand-new international site expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for building the company's talent footprint from the ground up outside of Israel, working collaboratively with site leaders, cross-functional executives, and local hiring managers.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, navigating complex local hiring landscapes and establishing new global sites. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with a proven track record of scaling talent acquisition operations internationally and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple geographies and cultures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies for new international locations
- Building and managing recruitment processes tailored to local markets
- Partnering with site leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition matters
- Establishing recruitment infrastructure and vendor relationships in new markets
- Managing recruitment budgets and optimizing hiring efficiency
Requirements:
