Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries that move civilization forward, including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy and scale autonomous systems in real-world environments.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions, sourcing and closing top-tier hardware engineering talent. You'll build specialized talent pipelines by proactively identifying passive candidates with expertise in hardware, mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering. Working directly with hardware engineering leadership, you'll scope critical roles, refine technical requirements, and align hiring goals while delivering a high-touch, transparent interview experience that reflects company culture and technical vision. You'll use data and candidate pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire in a competitive market.
The role is based in the Seattle office with five-day-per-week onsite collaboration required. You'll be part of a fast-moving team with high ownership and impact, working on production-deployed autonomy that improves safety, efficiency, and productivity in demanding, real-world environments.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience sourcing and closing talent across all hardware job profiles
- Deep technical understanding and ability to speak fluently with engineers and hiring managers about complex hardware domain challenges
- San Francisco Bay Area market expertise with an established network and strong understanding of local Bay Area tech talent landscape
- Creative sourcing capability with a track record of leveraging non-traditional candidate channels to engage hard-to-find passive talent
- Data-driven and collaborative mindset with analytical approach to recruitment metrics and strong communication skills to advise hiring managers effectively
