As a Technical Project Manager for Test Systems at Impulse Space, you will lead the planning, build, integration, and deployment of complex test systems that support the company's aerospace and propulsion products. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure test systems are designed, built, qualified, and ready to support product development and production schedules.
Test systems under your purview may include pressure, vacuum, thermal, RF, and PCBA test systems, as well as other specialized hardware and software used to validate product performance and reliability. You will manage complex schedules and dependencies, coordinate multiple stakeholders across engineering and production, and drive issues to closure with urgency and accountability.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of test systems and hardware validation with exceptional program management skills. You are comfortable working deep in the details while maintaining visibility across the full program scope. You excel at stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring teams meet critical milestones that support product launches and manufacturing ramp.
This role is critical to Impulse Space's mission of developing advanced propulsion systems for space applications. You will work in a fast-paced, hardware-focused environment where technical rigor and execution excellence are paramount.
