REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in brand operations, creative operations, program management, or workflow design, ideally within an in-house brand, marketing, or creative organization - Advanced, hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to real operational workflows (required skill, not optional) - Proven ability to partner with technical teams to scope, design, and implement process and tooling solutions at scale - Strong operational instincts with ability to translate ambiguity into clear processes, documentation, and working models - Experience assessing and managing tools that support collaboration, project tracking, production, review, or creative workflow management - Excellent judgment about when process adds value and when it creates unnecessary friction - Strong communication skills and ability to build clarity, alignment, and accountability across diverse stakeholders - Systems mindset with high bar for organization, documentation, and continuous improvement - Availability to operate on or closely aligned with PST hours for real-time cross-functional collaboration - Experience standing up a new operational function or discipline within a growing organization - Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools, knowledge management systems, process automation platforms, or creative operations tooling - Experience supporting brand, design, or marketing teams with complex stakeholder environments and multiple concurrent workstreams - Ability to define success metrics and measure impact of operational improvements over time - Experience developing governance models, team rituals, intake systems, or process documentation at scale
