Constructor is a Series B AI-powered search and discovery platform for ecommerce, built on proprietary transformers and generative LLMs. The platform powers over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and ~100 countries, serving major brands like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. Engineering is the company's largest department, and the proprietary search engine has never lost an A/B test to competitive technology. You will lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite as a Technical Project Manager covering EMEA. You own each engagement end-to-end—from kickoff through activation—for both new customer onboardings and product rollouts to existing customers. You drive delivery through a matrixed structure, coordinating Constructor technical resources, customer teams, and partners against a single shared plan. Key responsibilities include: - Own implementation outcomes end-to-end, ensuring on-time, predictable go-lives - Lead multiple implementations in parallel: kickoffs, milestone-setting, dependency tracking, and status communication - Serve as primary customer contact through activation, managing expectations and communicating progress, risks, and scope changes - Identify risks and blockers early; escalate effectively to keep implementations moving - Coordinate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation to Customer Success/Support - Maintain implementation plans and reporting in systems of record for portfolio visibility - Help standardize processes, templates, and standards to enable scaling and support an automation-first operating model - Hold cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority The role is part of Constructor's shift toward an automation-first model where you increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes handle routine work. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in SaaS - Track record of owning delivery outcomes end-to-end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority - Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing focus - Customer-facing confidence: can lead kickoffs, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live - Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity Nice to have: - Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders - Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs, and familiarity with catalog data feeds, integrations, and APIs - Experience coordinating implementations spanning internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners
