Tripledot Studios is one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies, with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios and over 25 million daily active users across its portfolio.
You will join Ludios, Tripledot's APAC-based studio led by co-founder Eyal, focused on developing and publishing casual free-to-play mobile games. The studio operates primarily from Jakarta and Melbourne with a data-driven, creative approach to game development.
As Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the operational heartbeat of the Jakarta studio, bridging vision and execution across the development lifecycle. You will manage multiple concurrent projects with shared resources, ensuring the team delivers world-class gaming experiences. The studio is currently embarking on its most ambitious project: a massive live-ops mobile game developed in direct collaboration with a globally recognized, household-name IP.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running multiple concurrent projects with shared resources
- Managing Jira dashboards, burndown charts, estimations, and priorities
- Refining and grooming tasks and backlogs
- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, post-mortems, and other ceremonies
- Deploying and balancing resources and workload to optimize velocity and quality
- Creating studio transparency across the entire development cycle
You will work hybrid: 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one day of your choice), plus 20 days per year of remote work flexibility.
Requirements:
- Experience producing and releasing games
- Experience owning and running development processes (e.g., SCRUM)
- Experience designing, planning, and executing product and game roadmaps
- Fluency with industry-standard management tools such as Jira or similar
- Amazing communication skills with ability to articulate issues, requirements, and vision
- Ability to inspire teammates, motivate others, and achieve team deadlines
- Comfort working closely with artists, game designers, and developers
- Professional-level English
