Cozycozy is a rapidly growing travel-tech platform that aggregates real-time access to over 20 million holiday accommodations across 100+ booking sites (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, hotels.com, and specialized marketplaces). Operating in 50+ countries in 20 languages with offices in Paris and Budapest, the company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Product & Tech team.
In this role, you will manage and develop the Engineering team while bridging Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions. You will own project planning and delivery, ensuring timely releases with predictable quality. Key responsibilities include organizing team delivery, identifying and mitigating risks and blockers, maintaining visibility on priorities and deadlines, and continuously improving development processes. You will work closely with the Product team from discovery through design, contributing to technical solutions and challenging requirements from both technical and product perspectives. You will ensure architectural soundness, promote best practices in development and testing, and address performance, security, and reliability. Additionally, you will manage team growth, provide clear objectives and expectations, establish team rituals, identify hiring needs, and foster an environment where developers can thrive.
The tech stack includes Angular.js and React Native (frontend), TypeScript, Node.js, Go, and Python (backend), GitLab, Kubernetes, and Jenkins (infrastructure), Prometheus and Grafana (observability), and PostgreSQL with Google Pub/Sub (data).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering/Software Development environments
- Proven experience managing projects and delivery cycles
- Experience working in agile product environments
- Previous experience managing a team of software developers
- Strong project and delivery management skills

- Strong technical understanding of web and mobile architectures
