As a Senior Manager in the Founders' Office, you will own the company's highest-priority strategic projects end-to-end. You will define problems, coordinate stakeholders including senior leadership, conduct analyses, and drive projects to completion. You will take charge of cross-functional initiatives spanning commercial, product, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery. You will conduct opportunity assessments to support the Founders in identifying new growth areas, evaluating new markets, business lines, and products. Depending on scale, you may run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel. You will identify what the company should work on next and make it happen.
The role requires someone independent and proactive who identifies what needs to happen and moves it forward without waiting for direction. You must bring the right people in early, build alignment across functions and with senior stakeholders without needing formal authority, and manage multiple workstreams effectively. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential—you must break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable insights. You will design and execute analyses end-to-end, rigorously QA your own work, and deliver outputs that drive decisions. Your recommendations should be structured with clear "so what" statements, quantifying trade-offs, flagging risks, and proposing a preferred path. You should be comfortable pushing back on work that doesn't serve the company's top priorities, including your own. Curiosity about new tools and quick adoption of AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis is valued, while understanding their limits and building your own workflows.
