Constructor is a Series B AI-powered ecommerce search and discovery platform that processes over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and 100+ countries. The platform uses proprietary transformers and generative LLMs to optimize for revenue, conversion rate, and profit metrics, serving major brands like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
You will lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite as a Technical Project Manager. This role owns the complete lifecycle of customer onboardings and product rollouts—from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation. You will be accountable for delivery outcomes, coordinating Constructor technical resources, customer teams, and third-party partners against a unified plan. You'll serve as the primary customer contact through activation, managing expectations, communicating progress and risks, and ensuring clean handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation to Customer Success.
Key responsibilities include: leading multiple implementations in parallel (new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers); owning accountability for on-time, predictable delivery; running kickoffs, setting milestones, tracking dependencies, and maintaining transparent status visibility; identifying and escalating risks and blockers early; ensuring accurate handoffs between teams; maintaining implementation plans and reporting in systems of record; and helping build repeatable processes, templates, and standards to scale the function and support an automation-first operating model.
You will drive contributors through influence rather than direct authority, coordinate across matrixed teams, and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist managing exceptions while AI-assisted processes handle routine work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of owning delivery outcomes end-to-end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel
- Customer-facing confidence: ability to lead kickoffs, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity
NICE TO HAVE:
- Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs, and familiarity with catalog data feeds, integrations, and APIs
- Experience coordinating implementations spanning internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners
