Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise readiness initiatives as the company scales its Claude AI platform for enterprise adoption. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, owning the planning and execution of foundational capabilities—security controls, compliance frameworks, identity and access management, data governance, and cost management—across all product surfaces.
Key responsibilities include: running the planning cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap with clear ownership and dependencies; driving high-priority programs end-to-end from scoping through delivery; shaping the readiness bar for new products before enterprise launch; partnering with sales, customer success, and support on active deals and security reviews; and translating customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs with dates and owners.
Example projects: taking a regulated customer's security assessment from findings to closed gaps; standing up a data residency program across markets and surfaces; building an operating model for co-building with large enterprise design partners; and extending healthcare compliance coverage to new product surfaces with customer migration paths.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of technical program management experience building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments. You should have a track record of driving decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities, deploying platform capabilities across teams without shared reporting lines, and working directly with regulated customers on security reviews, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP), identity/access controls, data governance, and audit logging. Strong candidates may have owned HIPAA programs end-to-end, worked with financial services on data residency and encryption, run enterprise design partnerships, or used LLMs to automate program tracking.
