Constantinople is building an AI-native banking platform that delivers a fully-managed software and AI operational solution for banks. The platform integrates customer experience, product, data, operations, compliance, and infrastructure into a single system, eliminating expensive infrastructure needs and replacing manual processes with AI at scale.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be central to executing product development and client implementation initiatives. You'll work across product, engineering, legal, compliance, service, and operations teams to drive end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful programs aligned with Constantinople's mission
- Build roadmaps and establish processes to drive measurable client outcomes
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
- Manage changes in project scope while keeping end-goals in focus
- Ensure smooth transitions from development through production to customer launch
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously
