Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the Cloudflare One (SASE/Zero Trust platform) product marketing team. This is a high-impact, results-oriented role where you will partner directly with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing to take new security solutions to market.
You will develop messaging and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and expansion, with a focus on communicating how Cloudflare's AI-powered security solutions work to enterprise audiences. The Cloudflare One team is at the forefront of AI security for the enterprise, and you will be responsible for articulating these innovations to customers and prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop messaging and content that drives awareness, evaluation, and adoption of IT and AI security products
- Leverage AI to conduct research, build content, and automate marketing tasks
- Own go-to-market activities for key cloud security products
- Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand
- Partner with product management as the voice of the product
- Create internal and external-facing content to enable the sales team to position and sell Cloudflare's security services
- Partner with analyst relations to establish Cloudflare as a security leader
- Successfully launch new services to customers and partners
You will report to the Cloudflare One leader and work within a global team that includes sales, technical sales, and marketing roles. This role is ideal if you enjoy working with fast-paced teams, finding creative ways to tell compelling stories, and having autonomy to drive your initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in content or product marketing, with at least some experience in an IT or security-focused role
- Aptitude and energy for written and verbal communication, especially to technical audiences
- Ability to understand complex security-related trends and their applicability to the product portfolio
- Experience building AI harnesses and automating aspects of your role (but not relying on AI to do your job)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate unforeseen obstacles gracefully
- Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for Cloudflare's mission and the success of customers, partners, and community
