Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to improve operations and patient outcomes. The company recently closed Series B and is scaling rapidly.
You will own the product roadmap for revenue cycle management end-to-end, covering eligibility verification, prior authorizations, claims workflows, and EHR integrations. This is a critical function where clinic economics are won or lost, and currently one of the most operationally painful areas in practice management.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate the operational reality of revenue cycle workflows into product requirements that engineering can execute against. You'll work closely with engineering on scoping, sequencing, and trade-offs through delivery. You'll also partner directly with clinic customers and internal operations teams to understand where current processes break and quantify the cost impact.
Key responsibilities include owning the revenue cycle product roadmap, defining success metrics and holding the roadmap accountable, prioritizing across integration work, new capabilities, and reliability improvements, and partnering with leadership on how revenue cycle capability shapes broader platform strategy.
You'll need 5+ years of product management experience with direct, hands-on experience in revenue cycle management (eligibility, prior authorizations, EHR integrations). You should have demonstrated ability to own complex, integration-heavy product areas end-to-end and strong communication skills to make technical trade-offs legible to clinical and executive audiences. Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include a CS degree or equivalent technical background, and solutions engineering experience in major EHR environments (Epic or similar), particularly if you can still write code. Remote work is possible, but NYC is preferred with regular travel expected regardless of base location.
