KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the experimentation platform—a strategic initiative that currently supports A/B testing and will expand to broader testing use cases across the company. You will have global scope and clear accountability for roadmap, prioritization, adoption, and success of this platform. In this role, you will own the platform roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and platform needs. You'll define and communicate product direction from current A/B testing capabilities to future testing use cases. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features, requirements, and implementation plans. You'll translate user needs and ambiguous asks into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives. You'll define success metrics, drive adoption, and continuously improve the platform through data and partner feedback. You'll also improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows. Required qualifications include 4+ years of product management, technical product management, or platform product management experience in a technology environment. You need strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing concepts, statistical foundations (significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, sequential testing), trade-offs, and common pitfalls. Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies is essential. You must have strong product and project management skills, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and cross-functional execution. Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have high ownership, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority. Experience reading and writing SQL is required. Bonus qualifications include hands-on familiarity with the statistics underpinning experimentation—power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing/false discovery, and sequential or group-sequential analysis. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Concord, MA office. KAYAK offers competitive benefits including flexible remote work (up to 20 days per year), mental health support, generous paid time off, parental leave, development dollars, leadership development, travel discounts, and quarterly team events.
