The company addresses a critical gap: 88% of U.S. adults lack sufficient health literacy to navigate healthcare independently.
As Technical Product Manager, you will own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring each drives measurable business outcomes. You'll operate at the intersection of data, product, and operations—analyzing user behavior, validating hypotheses, and translating complexity into actionable product specs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning technical product initiatives end-to-end, from conception to launch
- Analyzing data and querying datasets using SQL and dashboards to uncover insights and define success metrics
- Developing deep understanding of Solace's user funnel and internal systems to identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Translating operational and data requirements into clear product specifications and technical requirements for engineering
- Ruthlessly prioritizing and aligning stakeholders across engineering, operations, and growth to ship features quickly
- Monitoring feature performance post-launch and iterating based on data and user feedback
- Maintaining clear documentation and communication to ensure cross-team alignment
You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, care teams, and leadership. The role emphasizes attention to detail, systems thinking, and the ability to maintain stability in high-velocity environments.
The position is fully remote with optional relocation support to the Redwood City/San Francisco area. Candidates must be based in the United States.
