Nabla is an AI assistant for clinical documentation that helps clinicians focus on patient care by streamlining administrative workflows. Over 100,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations use Nabla daily. The company recently raised $70M in Series C funding.
As Senior Product Manager for EHR Integrations, you will own how Nabla integrates into the electronic health record systems where clinicians spend their day. This role sits at the intersection of UX design, technical architecture, and clinical workflow optimization. You will design end-to-end experiences that allow clinicians to launch Nabla from their EHR chart and seamlessly export clinical outputs (notes, orders, diagnoses) back into the system in the right format at the right moment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EHR integrations across existing and new platforms
- Designing clinical workflows that feel effortless to providers working under time pressure
- Conducting onsite research in clinics, emergency departments, and inpatient floors to understand real provider workflows
- Building deep technical fluency in EHR APIs, FHIR standards, launch contexts, data models, and platform-specific constraints
- Partnering with Design to translate integration constraints into simple, trustworthy interfaces
- Collaborating across product squads to anticipate dependencies and sequence work
- Guiding enterprise clients through change management, rollout, and adoption with Customer Success and Technical Implementation teams
- Defining and tracking adoption metrics, export success rates, time in chart, reliability, and support burden
- Prioritizing ruthlessly across new platforms, deepening existing integrations, and reliability/documentation work
- Creating alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Go-to-Market, and leadership
You will work in a cross-functional squad of backend and full-stack engineers, partnering constantly with other product teams, Customer Success, and enterprise clients. This role requires comfort with regulatory complexity, technical depth, and the ability to solve unglamorous problems that unlock downstream value.
